Pre-Owned Condition Grades

Grade A

Like new with none to very light signs of use. More than likely will include original box and instruction manual. Comes with 3 months warranty.

Grade B

Medium signs of use, tested and all working as it should. Might include original box and instruction manual. Comes with 3 months warranty.

Grade C

Heavy signs of use, tested and all working as it should. More than likely won’t include original box or instruction manual. No warranty.

3 Month Pre-Owned Equipment Warranty

Welcome to the EARF Audio Pre-Owned Ltd 3 Month Pre-Owned Equipment Warranty. This warranty is designed to provide peace of mind to our valued customers who purchase our pre-owned equipment. Please read the terms and conditions carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

I. Coverage Period

The coverage period for this warranty begins on the date of purchase and lasts for a period of 90 days. During this time, EARF Audio Pre-Owned Ltd will repair or replace any defective pre-owned equipment at no cost to the customer.

II. Coverage Details

Coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship
Repairs or replacements will be carried out by authorised technicians
Exclusions may apply, please refer to the Limitation of Liability section for more details

III. Limitation of Liability

EARF Audio Pre-Owned Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our pre-owned equipment. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.

IV. Claim Process

Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for repair or replacement

V. Owner’s Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for properly maintaining and using their pre-owned equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

VI. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the pre-owned equipment.

VII. Miscellaneous Terms

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between EARF Audio Pre-Owned Ltd and the customer. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
