This potentially life changing product from JTS allows anybody with a hearing device able to switch to the ‘T’ position for induction loops to have a wireless connection to an audio source.
The induction loop itself can be worn as a lanyard around the neck and under clothing so the hearing aid is always a set distance from the loop whilst remaining discrete.
In a teaching environment for instance, the pupil is able to enter a classroom, place the small discrete bodypack transmitter on the teachers desk or for a more personal experience, the teacher can wear the transmitter using the supplied lanyard and single ear microphone for a one to one experience. The pupil is then able to sit anywhere within the classroom and receive the audio via the small discrete on body receiver.
Volume can be controlled by the user using the on board volume control.
Lithium Ion batteries give typically 14 hours of use on a single charge and this package contains a 2 slot charger in order for both the transmitter and receiver to be charged at the same time.
